Today I decided to let the fan run while I put away groceries (about 5 minutes). I Checked and the fan was still running.

Is the Rad fan always running when the a / C is?
No problem!! A/C isn’t cooling ok till you start driving. Sitting still it doesn’t cool and the rad fan only seems to run when engine temp is calling for it. I changed the low speed fan and high speed fan relays and get the same result.
