Never will I buy a Chrysler again. Bought this car thinking they were well built last October only to find out a month later when the weather got cool that the heater only worked on the drivers side and barely that. I tried to get by with flushing the heater core which did help a little for a few weeks.

How do you remove heat coil from Chrysler 200?

The unofficial method detaches the solid piping from the coil by unbending the flange that crimps it in place. Once the piping is detached you can pull the coil out from the driver’s side of the HVAC box.
