Virtually anyone with heart, determination, and a never-quit attitude can complete a Spartan race. How easily the race is completed and the speed of recovery after the event is determined by the level of conditioning/training the individual partakes in.
Does a Spartan Stadion count as a Sprint?
Stadium Sprints do count as a “Sprint” towards the Trifecta. The entire Ultra course needs to be completed for it to count. Only completing half does not result in a “Beast” towards your Trifecta. You can run the races in any order, the sprint does not need to be the first event.
