I had the same stalling issue in 300c 2006 (hemi 5.7) , fuel tank replace didn’t resolve the problem , the issue was caused by wrong spark plugs installed by a mechanic (Champion RE14MCC5), after I changed it to the correct ones ( Champion RE14MCC4 ) stalling issue disappear , also OBD Codes was cleared.
