Why are the lights on my car not turning off?

Air ventilation didn’t work at all. And when i turned the keys and stopped the car, engine stopped but all the indicators were still lit, as was the front and rear light! I have removed the battery cable now, else it would kill the battery

How often do the wipers run in a minivan?

I find that spraying Fluid Film around wiring seems to help keep it more flexible, not dry out/get stiff. wipers and head lights come on with key in run position. wipers cycle about every 30 seconds and the head lights come on while wiper blades are moving. headlights go out when wiper blades stop. it all repeats in 30 seconds.
