It can be rolled down but can not be rolled back up unless the driver does it manually. Just feeling the switch, it feels sticky like someone spilled soda on it at one point. Since it doesn’t seem to be that painful to take the door panel off, I will definitely consider dismantling the switch and cleaning the contacts.
