Why is there no power to the AC compressor?
Here are my thoughts on that: Fuse 23 powers the blower motor power module and nothing else. At the risk of sounding like a one-note-Charlie (“it’s always a blown fuse”), check that fuse. Seems that when the blower motor power module goes out the problem is usually that the blower stays running on high speed instead of not running at all.
