I feel like the best possible place to farm fresh meat is Mac’Aree. Hands down. Just going in a counter-clockwise circle near the middle of the map, you will see talbuks littering the sides of the crumbled roads. (Don’t be afraid to venture outside of the circle, they are pretty abundant wherever you see the pavement.)

I found that the Breezestrider Talbuk are the easiest to farm for these. They are spread out practically over the entire zone, so you never will have to wait for respawns. And while the drop rate is not superb, it’s still decent. Avoid killing the colts that are nearby if you only want the meat.
