How do I check my Points in the app?
- Tap on the main menu located on the left top corner of the page and then on REWARDS. Your points and member details will appear on the first card.
- Tap on the main menu located on the left top corner of the page and ,tap on your profile picture and then on Account.
Why can’t I use my shop your way points?
If the items are not eligible for points redemption, you will not be able to use your points towards your purchase. You may visit our Program Terms and Conditions page for a full list of excluded purchases and view purchase requirements for FREECASH in points (qualifying items) by visiting your FREECASH in points page.

To retrieve your PIN and Member Number, click on your name at the upper right corner of the page and then click on “Membership number & PIN ” .

How much do I get back on my Shop Your Way card?
A Shop Your Way Mastercard cardmember will earn 5% back on eligible gas station purchases and 3% back in points on eligible restaurant and grocery store purchases on the first combined purchases of $10,000 per calendar year and then 1% thereafter.
When do I get my shop your way points?
Points will be available to redeem within approximately one week after the eligible purchase is made but may be available as early as the next day. Members can check their points balance by going to shopyourway.com or by downloading the Shop Your Way app which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
