Can a 4L60 engine work with a 6.0 engine?

A stock 4L60 may not hold up long though depending on mods and driving habits. Yeah you need your original flywheel forgot about that. 6.0 flywheel doesnt mesh with the 4l60 What about PCM maps. Will the 5.3 PCM work with a 6.0 or do you need to change the PCM?
