Sort of been thinking of air horns, but just resort to the finger. put a meter on the fuse or where the fuse goes. if i do that and i get no readings what do i do then? I would put a meter on the + and – of the horn and have somebody push on the steering wheel (horn). If you get 12 volts there then your horn has died.

The steering column plastics come off with two screws (I believe) to test continuity at the switch. I would put a meter on the + and – of the horn and have somebody push on the sterring wheel (horn).
