The water looks to leaking in the area under the radio antenna base area. Could the leaking occur around the edges of the windshield also? I had a 93 4 door dually that leaked around the rear window.

your AC/heater coil is inside there, It could be condensation from running it or the defrost. Check to see if your drain hose is plugged up or if your cabin air filter is plugged ( if you have one) Still chasing this leak. Have isolated it to above the glove box and near the top of the firewall.
Where does the water come from Under my Truck?
The water actually drips from under the dash just to the right side of the glove box and the triangular access panel that pulls out from the side of the dash. I’ve chased the leak for about 4 months and can’t seem to isolate it. The truck stays parked inside and is only used on trips and family events so it’s not outside all the time.

Why is my coolant leaking in the back of my car?
You could have a leaking rubber hose or the heater control valve in the rear area. The coolant leak will need to have the cooling system pressure tested to see if a hose or component is leaking in the rear heater system. If you lose all the coolant, the engine will overheat and can cause engine damage.
