What time is the Reception building open? Warner Farm Reception and its Shop is open from 9am every day, however, we do not accept any arrivals until midday. Closing time is 5pm for both arrivals and the shop but this is later during peak times so please ask at the time of booking.

BBQ’s – Disposable barbecues of any kind are not permitted on any part of Bunn Leisure or any part of the beach. If you wish to have a barbecue you must first obtain the permission of the Security Management team who will require a risk assessment and that a number of conditions are met.
