After 12 wonderful years entertaining the families of Chicago, we are sad to announce that Pump It Up will be closing it’s doors on January 12.

What age is Pump It Up for?
All guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 18 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online.

Is Pump it up shutting down?
NOTE: Pump it Up Ventura closed its doors in September 2019 after 15 years in business. Sorry to see them go!
Do parents pay at pump it up?
During the public play times, parents must stay at Pump It Up with their children. But unless it’s a scheduled adult party, adults play for free. Artist first went to a Pump It Up when she lived in California.
Does Pump It Up provide socks?
Are socks required? Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables. At our facility, each inflatable is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide extra stability. Entrances and tunnels are wiped down after each party and every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule.
Is Pump it up good for 2 year olds?
Once someone is 34 inches tall and 2 years old, they can go on all the blow-up toys. Children under the age of 2 are welcome at Pump It Up, but they can’t play on the inflatables. During a private party, however, parents can leave their children while the Pump It Up employees treat them to a good time.
