The switch on the driver’s door only let’s you put the window down, not up (could be a separate issue). The switch on the rear passenger door will allow the window to go up and down. So, anyone know what I can do short term (pull a fuse)?

I recently had to take my 2006 trailblazer in because the frt passenger window wouild not go up all of the way. It was a motor replacement at $350.00. Now we smelled burning inside the power window (drivers side) door panel. the result no buttons work on the panel. Took apart and melting inside panel.
