What to do if your headlight bulb burns out?

Take a good look at the connector to the headlight bulb, very possible it’s melted, if it is, it will be obvious. If it is melted, the bulb itself will probably show the same look inside, not as noticeable though. The headlamp harness is available separately and is the best repair. I would put another new bulb in at that point as well.

Vibration is a major cause of bulb failure. Did you maybe touch the bulb of the light? I know I have read if you touch them he oil on your hand gets on the bulb it could cause it to burn out faster. It is a head ach to have to take the front of the car apart to replace a bulb. That s crazy. I think its a bad desine by GM my self.
