You can hardly solo it with a blood dk. I don’t think you can solo Black Temple with any class, its not just the stats, its the mechanics that prevent it to do so. As Galgnu said best would be for you to setup a raid for it, I am certain there will be people interested in doing it.

Once you get to the rooftop where Illidan is talk to Akama again to begin the fight. Simple fight. Just attack him until around 70% where he will lift off into the air and drop his Warglaives on either side of the grate. Save your cooldowns for now, as this is the hardest part of an easy fight.
Where do you get loot in Black Temple?
Go back to Akama near the entrance and talk to him. Then just run up to the 6 channels and kill them, they die very quickly. Kill any adds that spawned and wait for the Shade to walk to Akama. Once he gets there they begin a bout of fisticuffs. Kill the Shade and collect loot.
