I have a 2000 hmm siarra . Having a problem with it it is stuck on the defrost vent and only blowing hot air . I had the a/c checked out . They said it was fine working good ,and no leeks . What’s the problem with my Chevy Silverado heater?

Fan is working, and some cool air seems to be sneaking thru, but it appears the vent actuators are not working. Have not been able to remedy the problem yet. I’ve changed the drivers side dual blend door actuator but the heat will intermittently blow hot to cold air. On the drivers side and the passenger side is completely fine.

When you drive down the road the AC on the drivers side starts blowing out hot air. You have to stop and restart the truck for it to blow cold air again. The passenger side continues to blow cold air and is not affected. It started doing in one time a day but is now doing it four or five times a day. It is currently in the shop.
