But check this out during the Winter months it will usually work on all speeds. Fan will not work consistently on any speed but 4 (high). Sometimes it will work for me but most of the time it is intermittent. This should be a warranted item since it got hot enough to melt the connector. Had this caught on fire it could have been a disaster.
