It’s underneath the passenger dash, where your feet go. Take off that black kick panel thing, and it will be right there. The passenger side does whatever the HVAC panel tells it to, but yes, when both sides are set to cold, the driver’s side is HOT, the passenger’s side is COLD. Anyone have a write up on this ?

Where is the DDM fuse on a Chevy Duramax?

Anything on that door panel that has a switch, goes thru the DDM. Just to be sure, check the DDM fuse in the side dash panel. If you pull it (or it blows), nothing works on the Driver’s side, not even your key fob.

I would ask them though, as no one here can speak for them. I really don’t care about having air I just don’t enjoy burning up so summer because I can’t stop the scorching hot air coming out into the drivers side while the passenger side gets full AC Passenger side under the hood is the 2 hoses running back to firewall.

Why are the vents blowing hot air in my Chevy Silverado?

I changed the battery and after the new battery was installed the driver’s side vents blew HOT air even with the AC set to 60. I tried disconnecting the battery cable for a few minutes, cycling they key off/on several times, adjusting the vents to dash/floor/front/etc, pulled the 10A HVAC fuse with the truck off…nothing worked.
