Where is the power seat on a Chevy Impala?

Where is the power seat on a Chevy Impala?

The passenger (right) side of the vehicle (on yours and a lot of other vehicles) holds a computer system behind the fender (just under the floorboard). This is the box that controls the power… Why would my 2003 Chevrolet Impala stall and now it runs rough.

What kind of seat does not come back up?

I just bought an 04 1/2 ton chevy with powered leather seats. I reclined the drivers seat and now it will not come back up. The seat works correctly moving every which way except for coming back up into the upright position.

Can a reclined driver seat come back up?

The seat works correctly moving every which way except for coming back up into the upright position. Has anyone else had this problem or know what it may be? Thanks in advance! prolly backed it off the gear. Try pushing on it from the back to see if it can catch. Mine did the same — my driver’s seat.

Why does my power seat move forward but not back?

Check for power and ground to the motor while using the switch; if they are available upon command, then the motor is faulty and in need of replacement. However, since the motor moves the seat forward and only needs the voltage reversed to move the seat in reverse, I suspect the switch is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Why does my Chevy power seat not work?

If you have two power seats, and they both are not working, it may be a fuse or circuit breaker. If one seat works and the other does not, it is probably not the fuse. Turn your ignition to ON, but leave the engine turned off.
