Boarding started well on time and one thing to note is that, if you are a person on the taller side, the seats could be a bit cramped. I have flown on other low cost carriers and Air Asia seems by far the most cramped when it comes to seat pitch. On short haul flights they are fine however on flights of more than 2 hours it could get uncomfortable.

Flights of Air Asia are always retimed and delayed. This airline company don’t care about customer’s feedback and discomfort. Very disappointing, I don’t recommend this to anyone.

No customer service. Terrible customer service, my flight was cancelled in April 2020 by AirAsia and there is no one to talk to except an automated robot who is useless. I have been waiting over a year for my refund and noone ever responds to my numerous calls and emails. I finally contacted my creditcard provider who are now investigating.
