Where can I download the ConnectWise manage client?
The client is free and will allow you to securely connect to the N-central server. Install the client on the same computer that you use to login to MSP N-central. Browse to www.connectwise.com/install. Follow the instructions to download and install the ConnectWise Internet client.
Can you copy a ticket template from ConnectWise?
You now have the option to Copy the Template which then converts the template to be specific to that client, and it will no longer receive updates from the Template created in the setup tables, or you can link the template as described above. Can a configuration be created in an existing organization?
Configurations can only be created in an existing organization. If you do not yet have this organization created, read our Overview of client onboarding steps before going further. Make sure the client organization and all of the device information you want brought over from external data sources have propagated to IT Glue.
How to add a device to a found configuration?
Connected to – Search for a configuration in the same organization that you have access to. Clicking on a search result will prompt you to select an interface the found confirmation is connected via. Specifying an interface will add the found configuration as a device connected to the original configuration.
Is it safe to use ConnectWise Control pre-release?

ConnectWise Control is ending support of the Linux Host Server as of December 31, 2021, and honoring maintenance agreements until June 6, 2022. Partners will be required to move to Windows Server or migrate to Control Cloud.
