It is not meant to be used with plastic cover that matches rest of truck, I wanted the chrome look. It looks great. All hardware included for the job. Good bumper at a great price.

The associated nuts are captive within the bumper, and the new bumper had the exact same arrangement that worked without a hitch (pun not intended, but hey, it works!). Note that the tow package primary support is to the frame (not the bumper).
