Hello, I have a 2008 Gmc Sierra 2500HD Duramax Diesel with about 55,000 miles on it. It keeps getting a “reduced engine power” message on the dash, then it doesn’t have any power, its like putting a brick under the gas pedal.

What’s the problem with my Silverado 2500 HD?
System Running Lean Bank 1, and Bank 2. My problem is a vacuum leak, and I finally found it on the air intake, right after the MAP sensor, where the rubber meets the plastic. Apparently, the intake was touching the engine, and slowly melted a flat spot on the underside. Good luck. I brought the truck to a shop and they replaced the throttle body.
