It feels like my suspension is stiff too. ALSO, when I am going over somewhat smooth,slow, continuous bumps such as a brick driveway where my suspension isn’t having to work too hard, I can hear a creaking noise like an old ship out at sea coming from underneath. I have a 2006 GMC sierra extended cab that I recently put a full rc leveling kit on.

You should find a small device that has what feels like a turn wheel. The wheel clicks back and forth. Took it in and it was replaced under warranty. Sounds like a common accurance.
