Yeah, installing a lift kit on a 2WD/RWD truck is totally fine. A lot of people around the internet may say that lifting a 2WD truck is bad idea or is flat-out pointless. Basically, if you need a 4×4 because of bad weather or harsh terrain, a 2WD wouldn’t be good regardless of being lifted.
