Hi, Ramon. The oil is residual from your engine breathing/venting. You can not prevent, or restrict this from happening. We suggest removing & cleaning your air cleaner element more frequently. Wash your K&N filter in warm, soapy water. Dish detergent works best. Then, blow it out with compressed air and let air dry.
