At first showed very notchy shifting, and gears would grind with clutch depressed completely when cold. Problem went away once the transmission warmed up. Took it in to Ford dealer, they changed the transmission fluid, now you can feel a vibration and whirr/grinding noise sometimes in 1st-3rd.
