All of these seals were scheduled for replacement which made removal a lot easier and faster – salvaging parts and pieces can be delicate work.

Your Place Remove the old front end. Grind and remove all glue off the substructure. Remove, clean and repair the inner fender panels. Grind clean the underneath areas of the new front end where the glue will be applied. Set front end on the car, press in place against the wind shield area. (test only). Remove the front end.

Screw the front end down with one screw on each side of the fenders by the doors. Bolt the inner fender panels on with two nut and bolts on each side at the firewall. ’63 – ’67 inner fender panels will hang free (stay in place) at this time.
