Registered. they will fit with your stock header panel you dont have to buy the 05 header and grill and bumper unless you want the 05 front end. be aware that you will have to cut some off the stock header panel for clearence issues. they bolt on with the two holes in the top of the header.

Ok so these stock crappy headlights on the 99 f-350 are really starting to bother me. You cant see anything with them at all ive even gone threw town with my brights on by accident not once did anybody flash me .

The 03 lights will bolt right in , takes about 15 min, and they are direct replacements, same bulb and everything. The next step is to go to the 05 style, which I finally did last year.
