Why are the brakes on my Ford truck not working?

Today the truck started shaking like it does when a calipers doesn’t release only this time all four rotors and even the rims were hot after only 30 miles. Sounds like the master cylinder isn’t letting the calipers release. Les Schwab says it’s a problem with this series of Ford truck and I have to live with it.
