Just had my 2013 F150 in for same problem. Seems like Ford has had this problem going on from 2009 through 2014. There is a service bulletin addressing this. They even came up with a kit (EL3Z 14293 A) $29.88 on ebay, $40.58 from Ford that relocates the fuse in the fuse block and replaces the fuse with a cube shaped 20 amp. 116012 miles on mine.
