Hopefully it stored a code in the computer and the service department can pull it. Going though the same thing with mine. Ford found nothing in the computer, drove the car for a while and it came back on. Drove to the dealer without turning it off and were able to figure what was wrong (I hope).

Is there an engine malfunction service now?
Yesterday I drove my Fiesta to and from school without a problem. When I got back into it 4 hours later to go to work, an Engine Malfunction Service Now message appeared right at start up. Had no choice but to drive it like this. Arrived at work Turned car off and on, and the message no longer appeared.

I can’t get in the car. your battery is probably just dead, there is a key inside of the fob, if you click the bottom side buttons the ford emblem will pop out and there is a key that will unlock the driver side.
