One would need to press the voice button and then enter the destination following the voice commands. What could be the reason for a Ford navigation DVD to get stuck in the system?

A faulty navigator antenna could cause this to happen. Check the antenna by performing a reboot. Take out the negative battery cable and wait for five minutes before connecting it. Try starting the vehicle and check the navigation system. If it fails to work, one may have to take the vehicle to a dealer to examine the problem first hand.
