Why is the AC blowing warm air on the driver side?

I’ve got a problem with my 09’ Camry SE I-4 blowing warm air on the driver side vents even when the AC is set to max AC. The temperature of the driver side vents are dependent on the temperature outside, ie. if it’s 90 degrees out the car will blow warm/hot air, if it’s 30 degrees it will blow cool air.

The passenger centre vent, passenger window vent and passenger footwell all blow warm/hot air or any temperature I set. Was your issue the gear on the actuator not connected properly?

Sometimes it will blow warm air, sometimes it will blow cold air. we just recharged the freon on April and today brought it to mercedes and the only fix they did is recharge the freon and they said it is working perfect. we just did that a few months ago..
