How old is the Ford Escape condenser problem?
After all, the car is only 5 years old and the apparently defective condenser is the one Ford put in. Ford customer service was completely uncooperative and did not even seem surprised or sorry for the inconvenience. They would not help help with any of the cost of this repair, stating that they had never heard of this issue before.
