Why does MY BMW have no power windows?
It’s possible the ECU is only operating the minimal functions to get you moving. It shuts down non essential functions when battery is below a minmal voltage level. Its showing no codes. It does have the red light with the car jacked up on start up.
Why is the blinker light on my car not working?

I called BMW explaining that I jumped my car and they said that I damaged the electrical system when I did it.

How can I get my interior lights to come on?
Depending on how your interior lights are wired, and the types of switches you have, you may need to push a different combination of buttons to get your interior lights to come on. In general, you will want to try rotating the dimmer (if there is one) and try it in different positions.

More than likely cluster fuse is bad I had the same problem and the guy said in the post above yours it was F 21 cluster fuse and it says cluster keep a lab in the manual that is it
