How many sensors does a V6 Mustang have?
There should also be a “sensor 1 or sensor 2” reading coming up also. But if it’s saying it’s running lean, than it must be your sensor 1’s which would be your upstream sensors. You do have 4 sensors. 2 are called upstream, and 2 called downstream.
Where are the O2 sensors on my 94 auto V6?
However I was also told that my 94 auto v6 has 4 o2 sensor locations. I was wondering if anyone knew which ones these were specifically. Teh TC6! I apparently am running lean on Bank 1 and Bank 2 and was told that new o2 sensors may clear this up. However I was also told that my 94 auto v6 has 4 o2 sensor locations.
Where is the O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold?

Where are the emmissions located on a V6 Mustang?
These refer to upstream from the catalytic converter and downstream from the cat. The upstream is the one that measures your a/f and adjusts it accordingly (this is why I think it’s the upstream sensors), and the downstream is just for emmissions as it basicaly reads whether you are emitting the required amount without exceeding regulations.
