Why are my heated seats not working on my Ford Expedition?
There is a control module under i think the passenger seat that controls the heat and cooling of the seats. That is what is not working according to the ford dealer here in town. Maybe I need to look into that too. Actually, my heated seats work, just not the cooled part. Hmm
Is there a TSB for the Ford Expedition?
Also, there is a TSB you could try first. Some 2007-2008 Expedition and Navigator vehicles built before 8/31/2007 and equipped with climate control seats may exhibit inoperative heating and/or cooling.
Can a control module be bypassed on a Ford Expedition?
Unless I missed something that post doesn’t show how the control module can be bypassed so the seats work in a manual mode. It also doesn’t say if a new module would have to be programmed or if a new module comes preprogrammed and ready to go. The module cannot be bypassed and retain the safety features.
