Why does my Ford F-150 rev up when I put it in neutral?

When I put the truck in neutral then Rev up the engine and pit it in drive it runs fine until I slow down again then it does the same thing. The garage changed the cam sensors but that didn’t correct the problem. They suggest increasing the velocity of engine oil and or putting synthetic in to increase the oil pressure. Any thoughts?
