I have a 1994 6.5l diesel and the truck has a hard time starting when the engine is cold. I just replaced the glow plugs and relay. All the plugs are working and getting power.

It should share the Fuel driver Solenoid, so maybe that is going to be the title in the fuse block. If you find that fuse blown, then you may have a bad solenoid, or driver that has blown the fuse. If the fuse is good, then you have to find the break in the line between the fuse and the solenoid.

How long does it take for a truck to start?
All the plugs are working and getting power. The truck must crank for about 10 seconds before it starts up, then once it is started it runs rough and smokes white smoke like crazy. But then once the engine is warmed up it runs fine and will start right back up.
Why is my Chevy Silverado 1500 not starting?
However, today, when the truck will crank and start, the antitheft icon goes off after a few seconds with the key on and stays off while the truck is running. It never flashed either today or yesterday though. And I don’t know if the antitheft system disables cranking or starting or both.
