When the window is lowered from the drivers side, power is sent through the switch on the passenger side door to lower the window. Since the window will not go down from from the passenger side, the place to check is there. The window motor only has two wires because power will flow through one wire to raise the window.

Why are my power windows on my Ranger XLT not working?
I had issues with my ’04 Ranger XLT, where both driver and passenger windows would intermittently stop working. Now, with one completely down, and the other half way down, they both stopped working. I’ve read about a power window lockout (relay?), But not sure if that has anything to do with it.
