Why does the dome light flash when ignition is on?

We had the interior fuse block replaced a couple of weeks ago on our ambulance which is a 2008 f-350 with the 6.4 diesel and now the dome light flashes whenver the ignition is in the “run” position. It did not do this at first. Any ideas as to the cause?
