Pulled fuse panel on 2002 Ford F-250 and checked fuse number 6 that go to trailer stop and signal light and it was good, still no voltage to brown wire on trailer hookup. Finally found that fuse number 38 was blown, replaced, now voltage on brown wire, but still no trailer running lights.
