Why does my Ford 6.0 have no boost?

I have a 04 Excursion with a 6.0 and just had #4 and 5 injectors and frame mounted fuel pump replaced and on way home lost all boost. Motor will rev to 3000 or so RPM’s but no boost at all. Can’t even hear turbo spooling. Was told it might be HPOP but I don’t know what that would have to do with turbo not spooling and building boost.

Why does my Ford PowerStroke not have a turbo?

This code indicated that the powertrain control module (PCM) has experienced an internal memory concern. However, there are external items that can cause this DTC. If the KAPWR (keep alive power) is interrupted to the PCM because of a battery or PCM disconnect, this DTC can be generated pn the first power-up.
