The pump keeps blowing the fuse or tripping the breaker. Unfortunately, this usually means that the pump has seized.

Although the pump may be fused at 5 amp the power consumption may be less, you need to check the plate. If you lighting circuit is protected by a 5a fuse or 6a breaker the load you propose may exceed this. You will have to connect the shower pump to the lighting circuit via a FCU(fused connection unit).
