Rear air works good no problem there. Could it be a fuse? no on the fuse,it works off vacume,check under hood driver side fender well for vac lines see if one has come unpluged or is soft,if so just replace the line,is rubber lines. 96 people found this helpful.

Hot air blows out of the lower Previously, in my E350 Van, the back upper vents blasted hot air when the front AC was on. I replaced the rear blend door.

Front A/C works just fine. Rear A/C not working correctly. Hot air blows out of the lower vents along the side wall no matter what position the control selector is in. Vent blows heated air. A/C blows heated air. Heater blows heated air. All out the lower vents. Nothing out the upper (ceiling) vents, even when A/C is selected.
