Original rotor thickness appears to be 18mm. On the outside lip the left rotor measured 17.92mm and the right rotor 17.99mm. On the braking surface, the left rotor measured 17.41mm and the right rotor measured 16.94mm so it looks like the rotors only have slight wear and do not need replacement.

My 2015 Transit 250 was at the dealer yesterday for scheduled maintenance and the two recalls. The van has 20,500 miles on it and the dealership called to say I needed new rear pads & rotors, but didn’t have parts on-hand.
