The power steering motor is located on the driver side end of the rack and pinion. If You were to experience issues with Your steering, I do not recommend attempting trying to replace the motor by Yourself. This is a job that should be left up to the train technicians at Your favorite repair shop.

Where to get a tow for a Ford Fusion?
Made appointment with Fairway Ford in Freeport IL for 1pm on 05/04/2018 at 1pm. Arranged for a tow and went down to wait for tow truck about 12:30p started car and it gave no message and steering worked fine. I canceled tow and called to talk to Brandon, service mgr at Fairway told him the problem went away?!
